My immigrant story

  • Education

    I am the co-founder of Mavwa Inc. I did my Master's degree in Business Administration in France and Spain (ESC Toulouse, ESEC Barcelona) and moved to Montreal to start my career. Then I studied Canadian Immigration law to became a Canadian Immigration Consultant.

  • Work Experience

    When studying Canadian Immigration, I noticed that Skilled workers immigration programs were predictible. The outcome depended on the candidate's profile and number of points. Mavwa focused almost exclusively on those programs because there is no grey area. You know in advance whether the file is solid or not. In almost ten years of practice, I am proud to say that I have never failed an application.

  • Personal

    I was born in Morocco and immigrated to Europe at 17 years-old. Compared to France or Spain, Canada was liberating. I never got publicly humiliated, discriminated against, or intimidated by the Police (which became a habit in France). In Canada, people are treated based on their actions rather than the color of their skin. I loved and embraced that mentality. I am grateful to be Canadian and would like to give everyone the chance of a better life by moving to Canada.
